Here are a couple snapshots from our last month in Texas!
I heard Kate babbling, and this is how I found her. Hah! She wasn't even crying, just having a good ole time!

Kate and Jason on the lawn in front of SWBTS. She loves her daddy!

My little girl is getting so big! When did she get all those teeth??

Celebrating our friend Adrian's first birthday! They dumped their Puffs on the ground and were licking the floor clean hah!

Kate's first trip to the zoo!

All of our neighbor friends! We had such a good time :)

Kate and Piper. I'll put this in the slideshow at their wedding :)

Before we left Fort Worth, I wanted to visit the Dallas Farmer's Market! We took the day and went to Dallas with our dear friends, Jeff and Kate. It was so fun to go around to all the farmers and get their homegrown tomatoes, fresh blackberries, corn on the cob, and local honey with the honeycomb! (And yes, we actually ate the honeycomb!) In one of the Farmer's Market Sheds, there are lots of little places to eat. Here we are waiting in the humongous line for the Pecan Lodge, a famous barbecue place featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on the Food Network!

It was DEEEElicious!! Totally worth the long wait, and I wish I would have taken a picture of my food!

We are so proud of all our yummy finds, can't you tell!?

I celebrated my very first Mother's Day, and I had to get a photo with my munchkin. Don't you love when this happens?? Hah!

Love her cheesy smile!!

Kate loooooved when Jason did this! She thought it was sooo funny! Isn't he cute??

Gotcha!

They would do that over and over; she absolutely loved that game!

I could seriously kiss her allll day!

For the senior trip at Jason's school, they embarked on a mission trip to the Bahamas! I asked Jason over and over, "Are you suuuure you don't need any more chaperones?? I'm totally free!" haha. Instead, I went to Pineville! While he was gone for the week, we got to visit with the family, and Kate had such a good time with all her cousins! By the way, it is impossible to get three babies looking and smiling at you all at the same time, no matter how much you sing or dance or prance or whatever! Hah! Here's all the babies hanging out together!

I probably should have told Jude to get down instead of taking pictures, but he's just so cute!

Savannah, Sadie, and Rylie were all on the same T-ball team this year, the Southern Belles, so we headed out to watch one of their games. Here's all the sweet babies.

The key to having mobile babies stay relatively in the same area? Cheez-its. Lots of Cheez-its. It's a lot of pictures of basically the same thing, but all of Grant's different faces made me laugh.

Mmmm, whatcha got Kate?

I sent this picture to Jason while he was in the Bahamas. He's severely allergic to cats and can't stand them. I loooove them, and my sisters are convinced I'm going to end up as the crazy cat lady.

I sent this picture to him the next morning, and said, "Does it get any better??" I think he texted back something like, "Gross."

One evening, we crowded around the kids picnic table and had Mexican Night, complete with homemade salsa, chicken fajitas, cilantro-lime rice, homemade refried beans, and Strawberry Pretzel Salad for dessert!

Going for a walk down the road with Aunt Hezzy!

She looooves the wagon.

Back to Fort Worth to savor the last couple of weeks. Here is our neighbor Sawyer. He loooves Baby "Katrin" and would ask for her all the time! Best of friends.

Last time in our apartment!

We loooved the 3 years in Fort Worth, and we are so thankful for all of the Lord's blessings and provision while there. In any case, we are thrilled about this new chapter of our lives and ready for adventures in Anacoco, LA!
